This tax credit basics enhanced course will cover all of TheoPRO 1 and will include several workshops and a discussion of site processing procedures in order to enable site staff to be more effective. TheoPRO will also offer an optional assessment called, BACE42, Basic Aptitiude for Compliance Evaluation of Section 42 is developed to ensure the site staff responsible for processing applicants of tax credit eligibility has an understanding of the program. It also provides a better understanding to income eligibility requirements of HUD 4350.3, REV-1, CHG2 and the ability to create an accurate Tenant Income Certification without the use of a computer.
